Tok Sen comes from the North of Thailand, Lanna. It is based on the therapeutic effects of Thai Massage and consists of tapping the whole body with a special wooden hammer and stick. “Tok” is the sound of the hammer hitting the stick and “Sen” is the energy line that pass through the body.
